Improves production quality, throughput, and manufacturing processes; troubleshoots manufacturing equipment; designs fixtures, gauges, and assembly/test equipment; supports product transfers from design engineering; trains production associates; creates operator work instructions; and evaluates equipment purchases through ROI presentations. The EHS Coordinator develops and manages safety programs, ensures compliance with regulations, delivers training, and oversees incident investigations to promote a strong safety culture.

Support sales reps by setting appointments, compiling leads, delivering in-service training, generating sales reports, and assisting with sales documents and marketing tools. Travel extensively (up to 75%) for tradeshows, conferences, and customer servicing. Maintain product and market knowledge and contribute to sales growth targets.

The role involves designing and developing new enteral feeding devices, managing projects from concept to production, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with engineering and other departments.
