Serve as the technical lead for assigned vessels, overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, dry docks, regulatory compliance, budgets, vendor/shipyard management, and safety. Provide engineering support, troubleshoot systems, manage projects and maintenance execution, and drive improvements in reliability and cost-effectiveness to maximize fleet availability.
