Manages purchasing, planning, supplier quality, sourcing, contracts, demand forecasting, S&OP, and supply chain strategy. Leads cross-functional teams and supplier relationships while improving on-time delivery, material costs, inventory turns, supplier quality, and profitability. Oversees supplier qualification, negotiations, agreements, change control, KPI tracking, and production material flow. The role requires at least five years of supply chain management and supplier contract negotiation experience, strong Excel skills, and up to 10% travel.

Manage the supplier quality program by conducting supplier audits, onboarding suppliers, monitoring scorecards and defect rates, leading PPAP, RMA, and corrective action efforts, and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards. The role also involves supply-chain risk analysis, supplier improvement initiatives, reporting to management, and collaboration with manufacturing and procurement teams. Local and domestic travel of approximately 10% is required.
