Lead and scale the enterprise Automation CoE, transitioning from traditional RPA to intelligent and agentic automation. Define automation and AI roadmap, drive solutioning using RPA, GenAI and IDP, ensure delivery and ROI, manage stakeholders and vendors, and build a high-performing hands-on team to embed enterprise-wide automation.

Lead quality engineering for data platforms: design and execute automated tests, write complex SQL/stored procedures, validate ETL and data warehousing (OLAP, star/snowflake), map source data to ER models, and work with REST APIs/microservices and CI/CD pipelines. Support functional automation using Selenium, Cucumber, and JUnit.

Configure and calibrate Blue Yonder Demand forecasting algorithms to manage volatile promotional uplifts and baseline shifts; architect multi-market collaborative forecasting workflows ingesting POS, promotions, marketing spend and NPI; implement exception-handling, automated data cleansing, and downstream integrations for statistical inputs across large FMCG SKU portfolios.

Lead design, build, and operate an enterprise-scale Azure Internal Developer Platform using Terraform, Azure DevOps, AKS, and Python. Own API-first integrations across Azure, observability, and ITSM, implement CI/CD standards, enable AIOps-driven automation and remediation, mentor engineers, and provide rotational on-call and incident leadership while continuously automating BAU operations.
