Lead development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance and life-cycle asset management across manufacturing. Drive preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs; perform failure and root-cause analysis; estimate and justify equipment capital projects; coordinate equipment purchases/installs; support production troubleshooting; mentor technicians; and identify cost-reduction and productivity-improvement opportunities.

Partner with leadership to deliver employee relations, performance management, policy administration, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll support, HRIS maintenance, workers' compensation and union/grievance support across multiple sites.
