Manage full-cycle month-end close for Questar Canada, overseeing accounting for revenue, inventory and expenses. Lead FP&A, budgeting/forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, audit support, ad-hoc analyses and special projects. Supervise staff, collaborate with business leaders on accounting implications, and drive process improvements and efficiency across the organization. Bilingual and ERP/Excel expertise required.

Lead procurement and logistics financial analysis, including raw material and commodity analysis, supplier cost modeling, P&L variance review, budgeting and forecasting, and preparation of internal management and Board reporting to drive global cost optimization.

Part-time corporate paralegal supporting global legal on entity maintenance, contract management and review, records management, litigation support, eDiscovery, transaction due diligence, invoicing, electronic signatures, and notary duties. Works on projects to simplify entity structure and streamlines legal operations, reporting to General Counsel.

Lead plant accounting activities including monthly P&L and balance sheet preparation, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close. Coordinate plant close calendar, review meetings, intercompany reconciliations, invoice coding guidance, variance analysis, claims/dispute management, ad-hoc analytics, and cross-functional project communication.

Manage and grow strategic relationships with large, complex packaging customers. Assess needs, sell packaging solutions, negotiate long-term agreements, drive revenue and margin, perform quarterly business reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, use Salesforce and Power BI, and travel frequently to support customer initiatives.

Lead commercial FP&A partnering with Sales, Ops, and Product to drive profitable revenue growth. Own pricing strategy, customer/product profitability, volume and revenue forecasting, margin optimization, scenario modeling, and financial decision support. Build models, dashboards, and tools while aligning commercial plans with manufacturing capacity and supply chain.
