Lead NAIP IT business partnership and application portfolio (QAD, Solomon, etc.), drive ERP modernization and consolidation, manage demand intake, vendor relationships, project delivery, application support, compliance, and cross-functional coordination while coaching teams and aligning solutions with enterprise strategy.
