The Marketing Manager will identify growth channels, develop demand generation strategies, create content, and build a scalable revenue marketing engine.

Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and technical roles, including outbound sourcing, market mapping, structured assessment, and hiring-bar protection. Advise founders on hiring and people decisions, manage culture, leveling, salary bands, feedback, promotions, retention, and VSOP administration. Select and implement a new ATS and automate workflows across recruiting and people tools. Use AI, data, and employment-law knowledge to improve hiring quality and employee development.

Work directly with the CEO on strategic projects, investor and board materials, market analysis, company metrics, fundraising deliverables, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives. Prepare meetings and decision documents, track priorities, support investor communications, analyze data, build automations, assist with hiring and onboarding, and represent the founders when needed.
