Supports recruiting, job posting, applicant screening, interviewing, job fairs, onboarding, HRIS data maintenance, employee records, HR correspondence, payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries. Collaborates with departments on HR projects and committees while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of directly related experience. Paycom experience is preferred.

Administer benefits and process semi-monthly payroll, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintain HRIS and personnel records, support onboarding, employee relations, leave tracking, audits, reporting, and HR process improvements.
