Responsibilities include rent collection, receivables, deposit accounting, budgeting, delinquency follow-up, reports, lease file organization, resident financial issues, and eviction support. The Bookkeeper also assists with leasing activities, resident events, renewals, and customer service while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and accurate administrative processes.
