Coordinate hospital customer implementations from project planning through onboarding, content and data delivery, technical app customization, training, and knowledge transfer. Serve as the primary hospital contact, manage stakeholders, coordinate data-entry teams, assign workloads, monitor quality, escalate risks, and provide project updates. Build scalable processes, coach regional leaders, manage escalations and executive customer relationships, and align customer feedback with product and commercial strategy.

Perform accurate data entry and verification for surgical education content, follow processes and guidelines, identify and correct discrepancies, maintain confidentiality, assist in developing data management procedures, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely, high-quality data.
