Processes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee reimbursements, benefits billing reconciliations, and general accounting activities. Maintains accurate records in NetSuite and Paylocity, supports financial close, audits, tax documentation, and payroll reporting. Resolves vendor, customer, and employee payment discrepancies while coordinating with Finance, Human Resources, vendors, and benefit carriers. The role also documents procedures and improves accounting and payroll processes.
