Manage month-end close and consolidation for DASCO and subsidiaries, maintain general ledger integrity, prepare reconciliations and journal entries, file local/state/federal tax returns, produce ad hoc financial reports, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial inquiries and support business initiatives.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contract management, category strategies, risk mitigation, and supplier performance programs. Build financial and total-cost-of-ownership analyses, track savings, manage contract compliance, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, Fleet, and executives. The role requires daily local travel, occasional overnight travel, independent work, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Coordinates with corporate leadership, sales, reimbursement, and referral teams; manages operational disruptions and contingency plans; and ensures consistent processes, regulatory compliance, profitability, and service quality across locations.
