Responsibilities include managing helpdesk services, technology infrastructure, equipment inventory, system upgrades, technology budgets, vendors, and occasional staff or volunteer supervision. The role requires troubleshooting, project management, strong communication, and the ability to explain technology to varied audiences. Occasional travel between properties and after-hours support for events or emergencies are required. Employees must support the school’s Christian mission and doctrinal standards.
