Manage engineering projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery within contract scope, budget, schedule, and target margin. Responsibilities include proposal support, contract review, project execution planning, cost and cashflow control, scheduling, progress monitoring, stakeholder meetings, coordination across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, and handover, plus internal and client reporting.

Oversee the full lifecycle of high-value EPC projects, ensuring contractual scope, budget, schedule, margin, quality, safety, and environmental requirements are met. Responsibilities include project execution planning, scope and change control, technical coordination, cost and cashflow management, earned value and percentage-on-completion forecasting, resource planning, risk escalation, and contract closeout.

The Lead Design Engineer will oversee design outputs on projects, manage CAD models, produce documentation, ensure compliance with standards, and lead design reviews while mentoring junior engineers.

This role involves ensuring the safety and availability of DCS and local control systems, managing cyber security, system maintenance, and leading engineering initiatives at TeesREP site.

Create and maintain detailed project schedules, support planning sessions, resource-load activities, review schedule logic and critical paths, update progress, produce planning reports (look-ahead, milestones, S-curves), assist re-baselining and change control, identify corrective actions and maintain auditable planning records for projects.

The Technical Assurance Lead provides operational assurance during construction and startup, ensuring safety and integration between project and operational teams. Key responsibilities include interface management, risk resolution, and operational readiness coordination.
