Owns full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, multi-location hiring, especially store-level hourly roles. Partners with hiring managers, screens and sources candidates, manages requisitions and applicant tracking data, coordinates pre-employment steps, supports hiring events, monitors recruiting metrics, and improves processes. The role also manages shared recruiting requests, maintains compliance and confidentiality, supports community talent pipelines, and provides timely guidance to leaders and candidates.

Leads the Pricebook team responsible for accurate product, pricing, promotional, vendor, and item data across stores. Oversees price changes, item setup, promotions, master data, vendor configurations, invoice exceptions, financial processes, quality controls, system administration, and end-user support. Partners with merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, IT, vendors, and stores to resolve issues, improve processes, support implementations, and ensure timely, accurate retail execution.
