As a Visitor Experience Associate, you will greet visitors, provide information, perform sales transactions, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Provide administrative, organizational, and fiscal support to Museum leadership: schedule meetings, manage acquisition proposals and correspondence, liaise with Finance for invoices and budgets, track contracts, coordinate travel and events, maintain digital and physical files, and serve as front-line contact using Microsoft Teams and the Altru database.

Lead social events sales at Skirball, managing milestone events, generating revenue, and providing exceptional client experiences while coordinating with various teams.

Manage a high volume of private events, converting leads, creating proposals, and ensuring operational excellence from inquiry to execution. Lead venue tours and maintain data integrity in the CRM system.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the Development and Membership teams, manage donor database tasks in Altru and FileMaker Pro, handle donor communications and event coordination, process donations and invoices, maintain records and reports, and support cross-departmental projects and volunteers.
