Provide financial solutions and member service in a credit union branch. Assess and approve loans and mortgages, advise members on investments and budgeting, open accounts, process lending and estate documentation, manage delinquent accounts, ensure regulatory accuracy, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Support branch operations, campaigns, member experience, and staff coverage while making sound lending decisions within assigned limits.
