Temporary (7/16–8/16) intermediate office support role performing payroll, timekeeping, budgeting, invoice tracking, purchasing, data management and reporting. Uses district applications, spreadsheets/databases and maintains FERPA confidentiality. May perform delegated nursing duties, respond to administrative requests, and assist employees, vendors and community members.

Provide legal counsel to district leaders on labor, special education, student safety, civil rights, and operations; draft pleadings and memoranda; represent the district in hearings and court; develop policy, trainings, and legal strategies; work with General/Deputy General Counsel to manage legal risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and district policies.

Manage internal communications for the Department of Climate and Safety: produce and edit newsletters, web and social media content, support leadership messaging, track/report strategic plan impacts, represent the department at events, and assist with special projects and community relations.

Manage daily payroll operations for timely, accurate pay; ensure federal, state, and union compliance; oversee tax filings (W-2, SUI), garnishments, reconciliations, timekeeping, process improvements, training, and internal controls while leading and coaching the payroll team.

Provide strategic leadership for district instructional vision, lead content teams (Humanities, Math, STEAM), oversee professional learning and leader development, align curriculum to Colorado Academic Standards/CCSS, manage budgets and grants, foster cross-department collaboration, and champion equitable instructional practices to improve student outcomes.
