The Additional Educator will provide quality care and education, build relationships with children and families, and contribute to educational planning at Picton Community Preschool.

Develop, manage and implement the organisations policy framework for early childhood and out-of-school-hours programs. Draft, review and update policies, procedures and guidelines; conduct research and analysis; produce reports; prioritise multiple projects; and communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and child-safe practice.
