Plan and lead joint cyberspace operations, integrating Offensive and Defensive Cyberspace Operations into multi-domain campaigns. Develop EXORDs/OPORDs/PLANORDs, CSPs/FSPs/CNOPs, run JOPP/JOPP-C, deconflict targets via the Joint Targeting Cycle, formulate COAs, collaborate with cyber operators, and support assessments and exercises.

Work is on-site in the Reston/Herndon/Chantilly, VA area and requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Design, develop, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines and ETL for large unstructured datasets. Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and analysts to build data management systems, containerize and deploy services (Docker/Kubernetes), and implement CI/CD, DevOps, and monitoring on Linux/AWS infrastructure for intelligence community missions.

Lead development of scalable analytic solutions that transform complex intelligence data into actionable insights. Design and implement data pipelines, automation, data models, visualizations, and production-ready Python tools. Provide technical leadership, rapidly prototype solutions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary IC teams to modernize analytic workflows and support operational decision-making.

Responsible for automating, deploying, and maintaining on-prem and cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, system monitoring, security hardening, and operational readiness for intelligence customers. Provide on-call support and participate in Agile teams.
