Support hiring and recruitment logistics, coordinate staff engagement and events, run survey and reporting processes, improve systems and workflows, and implement AI tools to automate administrative tasks while building strong staff relationships and culture.

Lead planning and delivery of Jewish service-learning programs for families, teens, and young adults; oversee Service Corps and MLK Day of Service; build partnerships; supervise two Senior Program Associates; manage Crown Heights workshop operations, logistics, inventory, and rentals; support local fundraising, marketing, Salesforce data entry, and cross-team collaboration.

Lead Salesforce administration and data quality efforts, manage data model transformations and integrations (FormAssembly, WordPress), handle support tickets and training, create documentation and user enablement, oversee external data collection processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to build a data-driven culture.
