Manage end-to-end US recruitment for manufacturing and IT roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, feedback collection, offers, onboarding, and placement. Partner directly with hiring managers and clients, maintain accurate recruitment records in SAP Fieldglass and ATS systems, manage multiple requisitions, and meet KPIs for submissions, interviews, placements, turnaround time, and client satisfaction. This is a remote role aligned with US Eastern Time.
