Provides first- and second-level IT support for office and warehouse employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile, and access issues. Configures and deploys equipment, administers accounts, supports warehouse technology, maintains IT asset records, documents resolutions, and assists with security updates and IT projects. The role also supports onboarding, offboarding, system upgrades, vendor escalations, and occasional after-hours outages.
