Provide administrative support to the HR department including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, recordkeeping, new-hire orientation, compliance tracking, background checks, and employee inquiries. Ensure policy enforcement, confidentiality, and adherence to employment laws while supporting HR programs and staff events.
