Lead and execute the PayGo phone business across East Zone: translate national strategy, manage zonal and area phone teams, grow and activate agent network, drive sales and collections, ensure channel profitability, inventory control, compliance, and use data to improve performance and credit quality.

Manage credit risk for Paygo phones: design and enforce credit controls, evaluate portfolio performance, run audits, lead field collections strategies, manage pilots and fraud investigations, and produce portfolio reporting. Role requires stakeholder engagement and spending ~70% of time in the field.

The role involves managing end-to-end operations including warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and SAP transactions while optimizing costs and improving processes across multiple locations in India.

Design, train, optimize, and productionize deep learning models for speech/audio and computer vision. Build scalable training pipelines, perform model inference optimization, integrate models into production services, monitor performance, and collaborate with software and product teams to deliver low-latency, reliable ML features.

Lead ideation, market research, and product definition for off-grid solar and energy storage products. Collect and analyze customer and partner feedback, run engineering and technical validation tests, manage pilots, update PRDs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to move products from prototype to commercial launch.

Lead the Data Desk: triage and route L1/L2 requests, perform code reviews for junior analysts, drive automation and self-service dashboards, run daily operations and people development, and ensure data quality and SLA adherence.
