Build and lead the finance function for a rapidly scaling healthtech company. Responsibilities include board and investor reporting, fundraising readiness, forecasting, budgeting, cash and runway management, unit economics, revenue recognition, financial controls, outsourced provider oversight, UK-US consolidation, tax and payroll coordination, and finance systems development. The role partners closely with the CEO, leadership, commercial, engineering, and People teams, with responsibility for establishing scalable processes and eventually building a small finance team.

Build and ship full-stack product features in a regulated healthcare AI environment. Collaborate with product and design, apply distributed-systems patterns, consume cloud infrastructure, and contribute to engineering quality and ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 compliance. The role involves React and TypeScript frontend development, Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI backend work, production delivery, and event-driven architectures. Healthtech, healthcare integrations, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code experience are advantageous.
