Research target accounts, run multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, iterate on messaging and playbooks, collaborate with AEs and VP of Sales, represent the company professionally, work onsite in Dumbo with regular travel to client meetings and conferences.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for large, complex accounts (law firms and health systems). Navigate long procurement and legal processes, close multi-stakeholder deals, drive post-close expansion, contribute to and shape the enterprise sales playbook, represent the company in person at conferences and on-site meetings, and work closely with the VP of Sales to inform product and GTM strategy.

Build and maintain end-to-end agentic systems and retrieval pipelines to fetch, process, deduplicate, and surface large medical record sets. Work across frontend product and backend pipelines, apply LLMs and applied AI to improve reliability, match patients/facilities across messy networks, and ship customer-facing features while iterating with users.
