Air Transat is offering a pilot training program through Ascension Academy in partnership with CAE, designed for individuals with little to no flying experience. Candidates will be hired upon successful training completion, which lasts approximately 18 months at CAE's facilities in Phoenix, Arizona. Applicants must be at least 18, Canadian citizens or residents, with a high school diploma and English proficiency equivalent to ICAO level 4.

The First Officer will assist the Captain in flight operations, including flight planning and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

Lead and develop a finance team, ensure accurate accounting and internal controls, oversee consolidation and statutory statements, manage budgeting and IFRS 16 lease accounting, apply IFRS to complex transactions, drive process improvement and financial insights, partner with business leaders, and lead special finance projects to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of aircraft, engine, APU, and component maintenance records. Perform quality audits and validations, verify modifications/ADs/SBs, track life-limited parts, prepare traceability documentation, support lease/sale/import reviews, and provide training, coaching, and troubleshooting to Technical Data Controllers while performing controller duties as needed.
