Develop marketing measurement frameworks, experimentation plans, causal and statistical analyses, forecasting models, and Marketing Mix Modeling to evaluate campaign incrementality and optimize budgets. Build dashboards, automate reporting, ensure data quality, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. The role partners with marketing, media, revenue management, and finance teams while using Python, SQL, and business intelligence tools to support data-driven planning and investment decisions.

Provide leadership for engine maintenance team, monitor KPIs and budget, manage engine maintenance programs with OEMs (Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, GE CFM56-5B), develop departmental procedures, oversee configuration/modifications, review technical materials during shop visits, coordinate major technical projects and engine lease/return planning, negotiate and manage repair and lease contracts, and chair engine meetings to maintain reliability and compliance.

Provide high-level administrative, organizational and logistical support to the President/CEO and CFO: manage correspondence and calendars, prepare executive documents, organize travel, process expenses (Concur), maintain OneDrive filing, support finance team meetings, manage meeting room logistics and CEO LinkedIn messaging, and coordinate projects and philanthropic events.

Provide high-level administrative, organizational, and logistical support to the Office of the President and CFO. Manage correspondence, schedules, travel, expense reports, executive documents, meeting logistics, OneDrive filing, and CEO external commitments. Support communications (CEO recognition protocol, quarterly report, LinkedIn inbox) and collaborate on strategic initiatives and finance team tasks to ensure timely deliverables and smooth executive operations.

Manage and grow relationships with retail travel agency partners across an assigned territory. Execute sales calls, identify new business and group opportunities, deliver presentations and training, represent the company at events, maintain CRM records, manage regional marketing initiatives and budgets, and support social media activities.

Provide personalized travel planning and booking support via inbound calls. Recommend and sell vacation packages and add-ons, manage complex itineraries, use reservation tools, meet sales targets, and support customers with online booking tools while keeping up with market trends.

Lead and execute IT internal audits (52-109/ICFR), test general/application/reporting controls, coordinate with external auditors, analyze SOC reports, identify and track control deficiencies, perform risk-based IT operational audits (cybersecurity, access, changes, vendors, projects), support remediation with IT, and develop analytics (Power BI) to enhance audit coverage.
