Lead and develop a team of financial analysts, ensure robust accounting controls, oversee IFRS 16 lease accounting, consolidation, budgeting, financial planning, statutory financial statements, and drive process improvements and finance transformation as a strategic business partner.

Manage and grow relationships with retail travel agency partners across an assigned territory. Execute sales calls, identify new business and group opportunities, deliver presentations and training, represent the company at events, maintain CRM records, manage regional marketing initiatives and budgets, and support social media activities.

Serve as the SAP FICO functional expert for Finance, gathering and validating requirements, designing/configuring SAP FICO solutions, supporting implementations and upgrades, providing application support, testing, documentation, training, and driving process improvements across the finance organization.

Act as SAP FICO functional expert: analyze business needs, design and configure SAP FICO solutions, support users, document specifications, run tests, train users, and drive continuous improvement for finance operations.

Provide personalized travel planning and booking support via inbound calls. Recommend and sell vacation packages and add-ons, manage complex itineraries, use reservation tools, meet sales targets, and support customers with online booking tools while keeping up with market trends.

Support Flight Operations Engineering by administering EFB hardware/software and user support; coordinate quality assurance of operational data; maintain aircraft performance, weight & balance, and fuel consumption tools and databases; analyze flight data for fuel-efficiency initiatives; liaise with suppliers; develop methodologies, tools, and databases to improve safety and efficiency; perform other flight operations engineering tasks as required.

Coordinate and manage group sales activities: obtain pricing/availability, manage booking cycle, negotiate agreements, support travel agencies, hit sales targets, collaborate with accounts and internal teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Provide technical support for cockpit electronic organizers (EFB), manage hardware/software, coordinate QA of operational data, maintain performance and mass-and-balance software and aircraft databases, monitor fuel consumption and performance factors, analyze flight data for efficiency initiatives, liaise with EFB vendors, and help develop tools and methodologies to improve flight safety and operational efficiency.

Serve as primary contact for international branches on tax, accounting and regulatory matters; compile inputs for revenue reporting and compliance; implement e-invoicing with IT; support local legal/tax representatives; coordinate finance tasks for new routes; assist with internal and external audits and continuous process improvements.
