Lead IKEA Thailand's home furnishing commercial strategy, drive country-level sales, profit and margin targets, support selling channels and store teams, coordinate pricing, and develop shopkeeper competence.

Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels. Create and edit in-house content (copy, photos, short videos), manage agencies and vendors, coordinate CRM/loyalty and app initiatives, monitor and report on digital performance, and work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and campaign delivery to drive awareness, engagement, traffic and conversions for the shopping centre.

Lead execution of in-store goods flow processes to ensure efficient replenishment and customer picking. Coach and influence goods flow co-workers, optimize short-term capacity, ensure compliance with safety and IKEA policies, and contribute to store business and logistics action plans.

Support planning, creating and scheduling social and digital content; localise campaign assets; monitor trends and engagement; assist content shoots and livestreams; track and report performance; and handle administrative tasks like preparing POs and maintaining campaign records.

The Finance Executive prepares monthly management reports, analyzes financial data, manages cash flows, supervises junior staff, and oversees tax filings and audits.

Manage payment gateway operations, process refunds, handle payment tickets and investigations, support troubleshooting with IT and vendors, analyze payment-related complaints/fraud/chargebacks, support invoicing and new payment implementations, maintain SOPs, train super users, and improve customer payment experience.
