Lead the architecture and development of high-fidelity modeling and simulation frameworks and digital twins for defense/aerospace systems. Build end-to-end simulations (flight dynamics, controls, sensors, RF, guidance), run Monte Carlo and mission-level analyses, integrate SIL/HIL and digital engineering environments, analyze simulation datasets, define simulation strategy, establish best practices, and mentor engineers to accelerate design and validate system performance across the engineering lifecycle.

The role involves designing, implementing, and testing signal processing algorithms, primarily using MATLAB and Python, contributing to software development, and staying updated on advances in signal processing technology.

The RF Hardware Engineer designs, tests, and builds RF systems for communications and RADAR, ensuring integration and validation of antennas and RF front ends while supporting critical test events and maintaining documentation throughout the process.
