Lead data discovery and design of enterprise data models, contracts, validation rules, and QA practices. Define metadata, data quality checks, and governance; partner with stakeholders and engineers to implement automated validation and ensure reusable, trustworthy city data.

Process hardware and software purchase requests, create purchase orders, approve vendor invoices, intake and tag equipment, complete inventory transfers and annual Class 400 Inventory Report, maintain budget and records, manage vendor relationships, document procedures, perform general administrative duties, and handle physical asset movement (lift up to 50 lbs).

Lead IT infrastructure projects across the city: define scope, manage budgets and schedules, assemble and direct teams and vendors, ensure architecture compatibility and SDLC compliance, prepare status reports and dashboards, perform cost/benefit analysis, and mentor project staff.

Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications using React Native and native iOS technologies. Implement iOS-specific features, optimize performance across iPhone and iPad, integrate backend APIs, ensure App Store compliance, write tests, participate in code reviews, collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams, and support production applications.
