Leads low-code and no-code application delivery for city departments. Configures business applications, CRM tools, forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, automations, permissions, and notifications. Translates stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, establishes platform standards, supports testing and implementation, creates service catalog content, partners on training, and provides documentation and ongoing support. Leads day-to-day production of PHLgovTV’s flagship episodic public affairs and neighborhood series. Owns episodes from research and guest booking through scripting, studio and field production, edit supervision, quality control, and delivery. Guides producers, coordinates hosts and crews, manages production tracking and KPIs, and ensures captioning and editorial standards. Requires strong storytelling, writing, interviewing, production management, and editing skills, with at least four years of professional video or television production experience.

Manages the department’s full accounts payable cycle, including invoice coding, purchase order matching, approvals, payment posting, and employee expense reports. Maintains vendor billing and payment records, responds to payment inquiries, resolves invoice discrepancies and tax compliance issues, and coordinates with Finance, project managers, staff, and vendors. Ensures adherence to accounts payable policies and procedures while investigating and communicating payment issues.
