Administer and enhance Oracle EPM for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and close reporting. Ensure data integrity, perform system configuration and maintenance, build reports (Narrative Reporting, Smart View), support monthly close and budgeting cycles, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT and vendors, support integrations, drive automation and process improvements, provide end-user support and documentation, and participate in testing and upgrades.

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts for fuel, transportation, supply, and related transactions; support regulatory research, develop form agreements and playbooks, lead projects, engage cross-functional stakeholders, and provide oversight and guidance to other analysts to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Lead development and execution of multi-year category strategies and end-to-end sourcing to optimize cost, supply continuity, and business objectives. Perform spend and TCO analysis, RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management. Partner with Finance and Legal, monitor market trends, ensure procurement compliance, and drive process improvement and automation to deliver measurable financial and operational impact.

Schedule and nominate refined product and renewable fuel shipments via rail and truck, coordinate nominations with suppliers, optimize deliveries and inventories with commercial teams, reconcile activities in ETRM and other systems, collaborate with operations and external counterparties, and support special projects and regional backup scheduling.

Process high volumes of vendor invoices and payments in the company ERP, maintain accurate AP records, resolve payment discrepancies with vendors and internal teams, ensure compliance and audit readiness, respond to inquiries, and perform other assigned duties.
