Support daily HR operations including recruitment/onboarding, employee relations, compliance and recordkeeping, payroll support, training coordination, fleet management, HRIS administration, and general HR administration to ensure regulatory and policy compliance in a healthcare setting.

The Account Executive is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, managing accounts, and leveraging data to drive new patient admissions in home health.

Own and grow a defined territory as a player-coach: manage a personal book of accounts, coach 2–5 sales reps, build facility relationships with discharge planners and case managers, run weekly pipeline and performance cadences, and drive quarter-over-quarter admission growth using data-driven territory plans.
