Support development, monitoring and reporting of the council's capital works program. Provide PMF training, governance, analysis, audits, stakeholder coaching, and tool/template development to improve project delivery and reporting.

Deliver and administer municipal infrastructure projects including upgrades, refurbishments and new builds. Manage procurement, tender evaluation, contract administration, contractor supervision, project scheduling, financial and progress reporting, stakeholder engagement, technical reviews, risk assessments and environmental/sustainability improvements.

Provide practical, in-person safety advice and coaching across Council business areas. Lead safety portfolios (psychosocial risk, incident investigation, hazardous substances, emergency management), develop targeted training, produce safety reporting, coach Safety Advisors, and work with stakeholders to implement safety and wellbeing improvements.

Provide communications advice and deliver integrated communications plans, content and campaigns across digital, social, web and internal channels; manage projects, stakeholder relationships, issues and evaluation to support Council priorities.

Provide senior strategic communications and public affairs support for Council advocacy and reputation. Lead publicity, media opportunities, stakeholder messaging, issues management and high-impact communications projects. Advise ELT, Councillors and senior stakeholders, collaborate with Government Relations and Corporate Communications, and support emerging priorities under the Manager Strategic Communications.

Provide communications advice and delivery across Council projects: develop and manage communications plans and campaigns, create audience-centred content for digital and print channels, coordinate integrated activities, build stakeholder relationships, monitor and evaluate outcomes, and support issues and reputational management.

Provide media relations and reputation management support for Council: proactively monitor and analyse media and community sentiment, prepare media releases and briefings, manage media enquiries, advise stakeholders and leadership on emerging issues and risks, and support crisis communications and spokesperson preparation.

Lead strategic corporate, executive and reputational communications for Council. Provide high-level advice to CEO, Executive Leadership and elected officials, manage issues and crisis communications, develop integrated audience-centred plans, mentor communications staff, and coordinate media and stakeholder engagement for major priorities and sensitive matters.

Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across major providers. Implement IaC, monitor performance and security, troubleshoot incidents, optimize costs, run migrations, enforce compliance, collaborate with dev/ops/security teams, and maintain documentation.

Coordinate and deliver Culture & Capability programs including logistics, scheduling, communications, participant engagement and record-keeping. Support employee experience, recognition, leadership and pathway programs, monitor progress against milestones, provide customer-focused support, and collaborate across teams to achieve program outcomes.
