Designs and maintains scalable data architectures, ETL pipelines, storage, backup, recovery, and secure data systems. Manages Data Science Leads across multiple sports modeling teams, ensuring consistent technical standards, delivery quality, resource planning, and team development. The role supports forecasting model delivery, hiring, performance management, cross-functional planning, capacity management, and department-wide strategy. It also serves as an escalation point for technical and resourcing challenges while fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the data science organization.

Create and edit polished video, motion graphics, animations, and campaign assets for social, CRM, digital, TV, and OOH channels. The role involves footage editing, sound design, color correction, captions, storyboarding, concept development, and delivery across multiple formats. The editor will lead motion design craft, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with creative, marketing, social, copywriting, and production teams.

Lead the rollout and embedding of the enterprise risk management framework across global markets and group functions. Facilitate senior risk discussions, challenge risk registers, advise stakeholders, and produce reporting for the Board, Audit & Risk Committee, and Executive. Develop risk indicators, risk appetite processes, analysis, training, and supporting systems. Promote risk awareness and support the adoption of AI within ERM.

Plan and execute Sportsbook promotions, including campaign mechanics, customer offers, promotional calendars, and stakeholder coordination. Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, spend, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with CRM, marketing, content, operations, and compliance teams to deliver customer-facing campaigns and product launches. Monitor competitor activity and market trends while supporting proposition strategy and improving customer engagement and commercial performance.

Investigate fraud and financial irregularities, review customer accounts, deposits, withdrawals, gaming history, and documents, and support KYC, GDPR, player protection, and regulatory compliance. Communicate with players to resolve account issues, collaborate across departments, investigate third-party processor risks, maintain service levels, and recommend fraud-prevention and customer-care improvements. Business-level English and French proficiency are required.
