Lead design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise web applications using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, and Angular. Architect AWS cloud-native microservices, build responsive UIs, design RESTful APIs, mentor engineering teams, enforce best practices, and drive CI/CD and Agile delivery.

Develop and execute public affairs campaigns, create multimedia and written content, manage media and social media relations, plan events, maintain branding and website content, conduct audience research, and monitor public opinion to support Marine Corps communications objectives.

Serve as primary accountable lead for contract performance of DEERS/RAPIDS ID card services, overseeing operational, administrative, and technical aspects, ensuring compliance, quality, staffing continuity, and coordination with Government stakeholders to deliver uninterrupted mission-essential services.
