The Director of Financial Aid manages and develops financial aid programs, ensuring compliance and maximizing enrollment and retention through strategic budgeting and administration.

Provide operational support for Enrollment Management using the Slate CRM: run daily queries, update applicant records, import/export data, set up events, manage mailings, maintain documentation, cross-train staff, and perform general administrative tasks to support admissions processes and stakeholder use of the CRM.

Provide administrative and programmatic support to faculty and centers, maintain student records, coordinate events and faculty searches, assist with purchasing and scheduling, support software/data management and front-desk reception, and participate in major campus activities.

Provide front-office support for Academic Affairs and Institutional Advancement, including reception, calendar management, committee recording, event coordination, data entry, web updates, procurement and budget reconciliation, donor stewardship activities, and administrative support for academic planning and convocations. Participate in major campus events and collaborate with campus offices to support faculty, students, alumni, and donors.
