Lead multiple academic new program development projects from planning and proposal creation through government approval, launch, and close. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, vendors, contracts, and regulatory submissions. Provide status reporting to leadership, facilitate approvals, influence without direct authority, and improve project management processes, tools, and templates. Lead day-to-day operation, maintenance, and modernization of cloud and on‑premises infrastructure across a multi‑site environment. Manage Azure and Microsoft 365 services, automate tasks with PowerShell, perform Windows Server and VM upgrades/migrations, administer network infrastructure and firewalls, lead L2/L3 support and infrastructure projects, apply ITIL practices, and mentor technical staff while partnering with security and vendors to improve reliability, performance, and security.

Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to create aligned learning outcomes, assessments, and materials; ensure accessibility, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance; use data and stakeholder feedback to improve programs; manage project timelines and communicate risks to keep curriculum initiatives on track.
