Builds relationships with executives, HR and talent leaders, and community investment teams while maintaining partnership records in Salesforce and collaborating internally to achieve revenue, retention, employer engagement, and career-outcome goals.

Lead institutional fundraising strategy, primarily foundation giving and grant development, while building individual giving programs.
