Leads human resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, and workforce planning for a senior living community. Oversees payroll administration, accounts payable, financial reporting, purchasing documentation, and budget procedures. Manages and develops the Concierge team, promotes hospitality standards, supports leaders with performance and staffing strategies, and analyzes HR metrics including turnover, retention, recruiting, and engagement.

Develop and manage enterprise internal communications supporting HR initiatives, employee engagement, organizational culture, and business priorities. Responsibilities include writing and editing content, administering the intranet, coordinating communication calendars, supporting events and town halls, measuring engagement effectiveness, managing stakeholders and vendors, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

The Accounting Manager oversees onsite accounting, billing, accounts receivable, vendor coordination, financial reporting, budgeting support, reconciliations, compliance, and resident financial services for a senior living community. The role partners with department leaders, the Executive Director, centralized finance teams, and regional finance leadership to resolve issues, monitor performance, support forecasting, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely financial execution.

Leads sales and marketing initiatives for a senior living community, driving occupancy, revenue, lead generation, and conversions. Manages the prospect journey from inquiry through move-in, conducts community tours, builds referral relationships, oversees marketing campaigns and events, and maintains Salesforce data. Coaches sales staff, collaborates with community and corporate leaders, presents performance reports, and ensures compliance with regulatory, privacy, and ethical standards.

Supports the HR Director with full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipeline development, interviewing, onboarding, employee orientation, retention initiatives, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, training, HRIS administration, and special HR projects. Builds recruiting partnerships with schools, community organizations, and professional groups while supporting hiring managers and improving candidate attraction and retention.

Administers employee leave and accommodation programs, including eligibility verification, leave calculations, regulatory notices, absence tracking, HRIS and payroll updates, employee communications, ADAA interactive processes, and return-to-work coordination. Advises employees and managers on leave policies, ensures compliance with FMLA, ADAA, USERRA, and related laws, maintains confidential records, and escalates complex matters to the Leave Manager.

Leads complex accounting processes and monthly close activities, reviews journal entries and reconciliations, analyzes financial results, coordinates audits, and supports internal controls. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, resolves complex accounting issues, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement. Participates in system implementations, acquisitions, transitions, and special projects while ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient financial reporting.
