The IT Support Associate will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, manage Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration, oversee device lifecycle management, support SaaS platforms, assist with network issues, and document processes while ensuring operational continuity for teams.

As a Coordinator in the Early Learning Centre, you will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, support staff, and maintain quality standards of care for children under four years old.

Lead accounting operations including month-end and year-end close, general ledger maintenance, fund accounting for restricted/unrestricted grants, and audit preparation. Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff, strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with funding agreements and regulatory filings, and drive process improvements to enhance finance function efficiency.

Provide broad HR support in a unionized, mission-driven non-profit: recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee and labour relations, disability management, accommodations, leave administration, HR records and reporting, policy interpretation, and process improvement.
