Lead development and execution of loyalty partnership strategy to grow the loyalty ecosystem across travel, financial services, lifestyle and retail. Lead and develop the finance team, improve accounting practices, maintain stakeholder relationships, and provide recommendations to optimize financial results. The role also supports business strategy, departmental efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal audit requirements.

Lead and manage the hotel's sales team to maximize revenue and drive new business. Direct sales activities per the business plan, build internal and external relationships, achieve sales targets, negotiate deals, and enhance the hotel's community image while coaching the team to improve productivity and standards.

Support hotel marketing by creating social content, managing social platforms and website updates, coordinating campaigns and photoshoots, maintaining brand materials, tracking performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to drive visibility and revenue.

Supports revenue technology deployments and automation initiatives across EMEA. Uses SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and process automation, and Power BI to create dashboards and reports. Monitors OTA performance, audits RPA and revenue management systems, identifies data and performance issues, provides insights, coordinates stakeholder engagement, and supports user training and solution rollouts.

Lead financial reporting, shareholder and board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Provide financial insights, support audits, collaborate cross-functionally, and present findings in English and Mandarin to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Lead the hotel sales team to drive new business, maximize revenue and growth, and build collaborative stakeholder relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies, meet sales targets, and enhance the hotel’s market presence, particularly in the Singapore market.
