Lead government relations sales for the hotel by building relationships with government entities, managing sales team and key accounts, identifying and securing government business, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating internal departments, representing the hotel at official meetings/events, and enhancing community image and market presence.

Lead balance sheet accounting for multiple legal entities, manage month/quarter/year-end closes, review journals and reconciliations, oversee external BPO and tax providers, handle fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations, support financial statements and audits, liaise with Group Controlling, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff.

Support People & Culture operations and administration across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, recruitment coordination, HR documentation, recordkeeping, attendance and payroll support, learning administration, internal communications, housing/logistics, and exit/end-of-service processes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
