Provide first-level application support for Radisson Rewards (EMMA/SAP TMSforHotels), troubleshoot integrations between CRS/PMS and third-party systems, perform on-demand configurations, manage tickets in ServiceNow, document processes, and liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate data flow for reservations, points, and confirmations.

Lead the hotel's sales team to maximize revenue and drive new business. Manage sales initiatives, build stakeholder relationships, meet sales targets, negotiate contracts, and enhance the hotel's community image while coaching and developing the team.
