Support and execute the hotel's marketing and communications plan: create and schedule social content, coordinate campaigns, manage assets, assist with shoots and events, update web and digital channels, liaise with partners and media, track performance, and handle administrative marketing tasks under the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Provide legal support for European hotel and corporate operations: draft, review, and negotiate hotel and corporate contracts; manage contract repository; advise regional teams on disputes, terminations, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters; coordinate external counsel; contribute to legal policy, templates, and transformation initiatives; support regulatory, IP, and international trade matters.

Coordinate and sell meetings and events: cultivate client relationships, plan logistics (room setup, catering, AV), prepare contracts, manage payments and communications, provide administrative support, collaborate across hotel departments, and gather client feedback to improve event services and achieve revenue targets.

Reconcile and audit daily revenue, verify accounting entries, investigate discrepancies, produce financial reports, and recommend controls. Work with hotel accounting systems (SAP, Sun, OPERA), ensure integrity and guest-focused service, and support the finance team with problem-solving and leadership.

Manage daily HR operations for the hotel, support employee lifecycle (resourcing, compensation, training, performance), ensure compliance with legislation, deliver HR initiatives and budgets, build stakeholder relationships, and drive employee development and succession planning.

Lead the hotel's sales team to drive new business, maximize revenue, and achieve sales targets. Develop and execute sales initiatives, build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain high standards of sales productivity and guest experience.

Create and manage on-brand social media content across channels: plan, shoot, edit photo/video, write copy, run paid campaigns, manage influencer relationships, schedule posts, engage community, and analyze performance to optimize strategy.
