Supports the People and Culture department through HR system maintenance, employee record management, benefits administration, and first-level assistance with HR policies and inquiries. The trainee responds to employee and manager requests, escalates sensitive matters, ensures data accuracy and confidentiality, and performs additional administrative HR tasks. This is a six-month training placement beginning at the end of November.

Leads the hotel’s Human Resources function, overseeing employee lifecycle management, workforce planning, compensation, training, succession planning, performance development, compliance, budgeting, and team experience. Builds strong stakeholder relationships, resolves workplace issues, supports guest service excellence, and implements HR initiatives aligned with hotel objectives and organizational culture.

Oversee daily hotel accounting operations, supervise and mentor accounting staff, verify bank balances and cash deposits, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare monthly financial statements and management reports, ensure timely tax filings, support budgeting and financial analysis, maintain accounting records, and apply company policies and regulations.

Audits daily hotel revenues, night-audit records, cash and card transactions, petty cash, banking, journals, and period-end reports. Maintains financial documentation, reconciles accounts, handles chargebacks and bank queries, supports inventory activities, follows accounting and tax regulations, and reports discrepancies or suspicious activity. Requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, strong communication, English fluency, and knowledge of hotel and accounting systems.

Build and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, and React. Design ETL pipelines and ClickHouse data models for hospitality analytics, optimize SQL queries, troubleshoot data and application issues, support users, and maintain Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, caching, and cloud integrations. Collaborate with product and analytics stakeholders while ensuring data quality, security, and clear communication with nontechnical users.

Manages banquet sales inquiries, client consultations, venue tours, proposals, contracts, and booking conversions. Coordinates with hotel departments to ensure successful event execution, prepares Banquet Event Orders, monitors billing and payments, maintains sales records, and develops relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event agencies. Supports revenue targets through follow-up, negotiation, competitor monitoring, post-event engagement, and repeat-business development while maintaining guest-service and hotel-brand standards.

Supports hotel revenue strategy implementation across CRS, PMS, channel managers, third-party partners, and related systems. Responsibilities include loading negotiated and promotional rates, maintaining availability and channel information, implementing pricing and yield recommendations, auditing CRS accuracy, and supporting revenue optimization projects. The trainee must be detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, digitally capable, fluent in English, and currently pursuing a hospitality or business degree while eligible for an internship agreement.

Manage and publish multilingual digital content across RadissonHotels.com and the Radisson Hotels app. Responsibilities include processing copy and image requests, operating CMS and DAM tools, coordinating translations, maintaining brand and content quality, resolving reported issues, identifying CMS bugs, submitting Jira tickets, and routing support requests. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, basic HTML knowledge, ticketing-system familiarity, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Supports the technical operation of digital payment platforms, including payment integrations, incident resolution, reconciliation, monitoring, provider coordination, testing, onboarding, and compliance with PCI DSS, 3DS, tokenization, PSD2, and SCA requirements. Maintains documentation, supports SAP integrations, and contributes to payment platform stability and continuous improvement while collaborating with technical, finance, product, compliance, PSP, and acquiring partners.
