Provide first-level application support for Radisson Rewards (SAP TMSforHotels EMMA), troubleshoot integrations with CRS/PMS and third-party systems, perform on-demand configurations, manage incidents in ServiceNow, liaise with internal teams and external vendors, document processes, and support hotel users to ensure accurate loyalty, reservation, and rate data flow.
