Build scalable tooling that reduces deployment manual work, accelerates customer time-to-live, and converts union rules and regulations into configurable, testable product requirements. Partner closely with engineering, deployments, GTM, and customers, including onsite implementation visits, while prioritizing reusable solutions over one-off customizations.

Build Vitalize's technical hiring function from scratch, full-cycle recruit engineering, product, and design roles. Partner with leaders, source and close top-tier talent, design interview processes, attend engineering/product meetings and customer sites, and continuously improve recruiting systems and employer brand to raise the technical hiring bar.
